Biotope : Computation of the brut activity

This is the heart of the treatment. This process will help to remove fixed clutters in the image. Thus, there will only be movement information that can be analyzed.
The red on the following image corresponds to the clutter removed. Green, these are the pixels removed by extending the mask (within 2 pixels). The other pixels in grayscale correspond to the movements of migratory birds. White means that there is a large movement.

The interface allows you to zoom in on regions of the image, display clutter or not, record the activity in images or in CSV.
